You sent me your hilarious bday party pictures so I’m sharing my favorites!!

Bwhahahahahahahahaha. Seriously, all of my orifices are leaking I’m laughing so hard. So yesterday I put up a post about the halfass bday party I threw for Zoey last weekend, and I had no idea how many people would share their amazing pictures of their own bday parties. Some of you guys are like total Pinterest queens and I’m debating whether we can be friends anymore. Just kidding. We can.

And then there’s the other half of you.  I’m talking about those of you who shared pictures of your totally halfass bday party shit. HIGH-F’ing-Larious. You can most DEFINITELY be my friends. Because when you share your crappy Pinterest fails, you make average moms feel better. Moms like me. So let’s crack open a box of wine and raise our glasses to the halfass moms who shared their halfass bday party pictures yesterday.

Drumroll please… badadadadadadadadadada, I present to you some of my favorites:

Hahahaha, it’s a poop emoji, but it looks like shit!! But who am I to make fun of it? It’s better than I could doo doo. Thanks Megan Beach!!

Awww shit. Well, I guess you could hold it together with frosting. Or embrace the fail and have red frosting pouring out of his severed head. That’s what I’d do. Picture credit: Jenifer McNeil

All the caption said was leaf blower, garbage can, backyard of bubbles with sprinkler. I don’t know WTF kinda of bday party this is, but it looks awesome. Picture credit: Elaine Schultz

May I present Princess Chewbacca!!!! And the writing literally says “Happy Birthday” in Wookie language! Picture credit: Jennifer Kruszynski-Stallsmith

You know when you picture something in your head and you think I can totally do that!! She tried to make her fortnite cake look like the picture. #nailedit And yes, those are potato chips crushed on top. Picture credit: Molly Breninghouse Stefan

“Happy Birthday Uncle Donnie!!” “Why is there a tampon on my cake?” “It’s a lobster buoy!!” “Ummm, no. It’s a tampon.” Picture credit: Verna Gene Werlla

Whoopsies, this mom forgot to serve the cake and sing happy birthday during the party so now they’re doing it two hours after everyone left and they’ll be eating cake for weeks. Wait, that’s brilliant. Picture credit: Andrea Busbee Ramsey

When you make a Lego cake, but your hubby asks you if it’s a cow udder cake. Yummmm, cow udders. Shudder. Picture credit: Cassie Evjen

So here’s a BIG thank you to EVERYONE who shared their awesome pictures yesterday! The good, the bad and the hilarious. And remember, if you suck at something, just don’t try very hard. Because sometimes doing a halfass job is the funniest thing you can do.

If you liked this, please don’t forget to like and share it. Thank you!!

You should put a warning not to look at these pictures while at work. I had a hard time not laughing out loud. BTW: I’m a volunteer, so reading emails is my little break. Not that anyone would judge me. Ha!

I broke the head off a Lego minifigure cake too! I’m so glad to see I’m not the only one serving decapitated Lego cakes for my kid’s birthday. (I glued it on with frosting. It was only kind of weird.) To top it all off, at the last minute, I decided to write happy birthday on the cake. I had blue sparkle gel, so that’s what I used – not considering that it might be hard to read on blue frosting. Oh well.

Cheers to all the other non- Pinteresty moms! And a big thumbs up to the moms with the fancy parties too!

These are great, if you want to see more bad cakes there is actually a website called cakewrecks.com that is very funny too.

I got an actual charley horse in my belly from laughing so hard. My nose is running, my eyes are running… everything’s running. Including me to the bathroom. OMG. My kiddo’s birthday was yesterday (5/27), and not gonna lie, his cake was cute as could be, but I went pretty simple this year, so can’t gloat. But these – THESE – are master-effin-pieces, each in their own special way! Oh how I needed this good, deep belly laugh – thank you all!
