Omg these are some great ideas!! I was struggling to come up with stuff lately. On a separate note, I’ve been wanting a weighted blanket for months! So now I’ll have my hubby get it for me for xmas (meaning I’ll buy it myself and say give me this for xmas lol) Thanks for sharing!! I’d buy ur books for xmas too if I didn’t already have them 😉

My hubby can barely screw in a lightbulb, and that’s only if he can actually find the lightbulb. But a few years ago, he went way out of his comfort zone and made me this vase. He MADE it!!!! And shocked the hell out of me. So whenever I go shopping, one of my favorite things to do is buy really cool flowers. They make me sooo happy. So lately I’ve been hearing the same thing over and over again from parents I know. They’re worried because their kids don’t go out much. They’re concerned because their kids don’t have social plans every weekend. I’m hearing this from lots of different friends in lots of different friend groups, which tells me something. It’s TOTALLY NORMAL. Here’s the problem. You hear about the kids who are out, but the kids that are sitting at home aren’t as noticeable. Just in case anyone is wondering how I got a black eye, I was attacked by a pack of vicious raccoons who beat the crap out of me and I did not just accidentally pull the covers a little too hard in the middle of the night and have my hand snap back into my face and punch me in the eye because that would be a totally lame way to get injured.
